The Chicago Hounds beat up on the Vikings at Winnemac today, winning by the 12-run rule in the 5th inning. The Hounds won 12-0 behind Kurt Kerrigan‘s (#12, P) one-hit dominant pitching performance. Dave Cary (#44, 2B) made his Hounds debut, and it was a fine one, with a hit, a walk, and he scored the 12th and final run.
Many Hounds and fans then enjoyed pizza courtesy of Matt Burch (#6, 1B) on a gorgeous Winnemac afternoon. The party continued at Meghan and Matthew’s until just a few minutes ago, which is why I am finally getting to this short write up.
